REFUND POLICY

At Sienna Sass, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make returns and refunds as seamless as possible. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇸

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • We provide a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to cover shipping costs.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days after deducting a 20% restocking fee.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 🌍

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer (prepaid labels are not provided).
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting a 25% fee, covering shipping and customs costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT 📦

  • If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time by 21  business days, contact us.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
